Career Coach

About Me
Taylor works full time in the Energy Industry with multiple experiences throughout the Supply Chain including procurement, sourcing, quality, production supervision, and lean. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University (a Historically Black University [HBCU] near Houston, TX, known for its excellent engineering and nursing programs). She has held numerous leadership positions within the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, and helped found the Women in STEM organization at Prairie View.

After having the opportunity to recruit local talent, Taylor identified the gap of minority students coming into the pipeline for engineering and other STEM related roles. Furthermore, some of the development and coaching for these students were lacking. In order to assist these students, just as her own mentors and coaches did for her, Taylor has decided to give back and help. Her dream is to eventually turn this business into a non-profit organization to develop confidence and strong talent to individuals in underserved communities.
